(a) Pursuant to the engagement letter dated 16 March 2008 between Surreyville Pte Ltd and Tiong Kiew Chiong, Francis, engaging Tiong Kiew Chiong, Francis as the advisor to Tan Sri Datuk Tiong Hiew King to assist in the corporate development, strategic planning and/or new business or project management relating to the Company, Surreyville Pte Ltd has transferred 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Tiong Kiew Chiong, Francis.

(b) Pursuant to the engagement letter dated 16 March 2008 between Surreyville Pte Ltd and Lam Pak Cheong, engaging Lam Pak Cheong as the advisor to Tan Sri Datuk Tiong Hiew King to assist in the corporate development, strategic planning and/or new business or project management relating to the Company, Surreyville Pte Ltd has transferred 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Lam Pak Cheong.

(c) Pursuant to the engagement letter dated 13 March 2008 between Surreyville Pte Ltd and Wellmax Consultants Ltd, engaging Wellmax Consultants Ltd as the advisor to Surreyville Pte Ltd to assist in the implementation and execution of the proposed acquisition of Kingworld Resources Ltd, as announced on 14 March 2008, Surreyville Pte Ltd has transferred 10,000,000 ordinary shares to Chan Cheuk Wah, as directed by Wellmax Consultants Ltd.
