INDEPENDENT AUDITOR'S REPORT ON FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2008
The Board of Directors of Tri-M Technologies (S) Limited (the "Company") wishes to draw the attention of members of the Company to the Independent Auditor's Report dated 27 March 2009 on the Company's consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2008 ("FY2008").
A copy of the Independent Auditor's Report together with an extract of Note 1(b) and 12 to the financial statements as referred to in the Independent Auditor's Report for FY2008 is attached for shareholders' information.
The Company's Annual Report for FY2008 containing the Independent Auditor's Report and the Company's consolidated financial statements for FY2008 will be despatched to shareholders and to the SGX-ST on 9 April 2009.
