The Board of Directors of RH Petrogas Limited (the "Company") refers to its announcement (SGXNET Announcement No. 80) on 30 September 2008 relating to closure of the Group's (as defined below) manufacturing plant in Penang, Malaysia.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that TRIM Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd ("TRIM Malaysia"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 14 September 2011 appointed a Liquidator and been placed in member's voluntary liquidation. As TRIM Malaysia has been dormant since 1 January 2009, the liquidation of TRIM Malaysia will not have an impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for the financial year ending 31 December 2011.
None of the Directors or the substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
