| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below - Refer to the Online help for the format) | The Company has on 13 April 2020 (SGXNet No. SG200413OTHREIB2) announced its reliance on the 60-day extension of time granted by SGX RegCo for issuers to hold their AGMs; and that its Annual Report 2019 will be issued by 15 April 2020 and its AGM will be held by 29 Jun 2020. The extension of time is due to the COVID-19 situation and the elevated set of safe distancing measures announced by the Multi-Ministry Taskforce on 3 April 2020, that involves the closure of most physical workplace premises until 4 May 2020 in the first instance. The Company's AGM Notice and Proxy Form have been decoupled from its Annual Report 2019 and will be issued/announced in due course via SGXNet when the date and time of its AGM have been confirmed. The Company's AGM Notice will be sent to shareholders at least 14 clear days before the AGM. |
