Pursuant to the Placement Agreement dated 16 September 2009 between the Company, Kim Eng Securities Pte. Ltd. (the "Placement Agent") and Surreyville Pte Ltd ("Surreyville") and the completion of the placement exercise, as announced on 16 September 2009 and 29 September 2009 respectively, the Company has issued 54,500,000 new ordinary shares to Surreyville to complete the placement exercise.
