CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARIES

The Board of Directors of Tri-M Technologies (S) Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following:-

1. Ms Wee Woon Hong has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 15 October 2009; and

2. Ms Yeo Poh Noi Caroline has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 15 October 2009.

The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation to Ms Yeo for her past contribution and services to the Company.
