RE-DESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE GROUP TO CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF ELECTRONICS DIVISION

The Board of Directors of RH Petrogas Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following:-

(a) Mr Foo Sac Phoon remains as an Executive Director of the Board and his position re-designated as Chief Executive Officer of the Electronics Division of the Group with effect from 17 June 2010.

(b) Upon the above re-designation, Mr Foo's area of responsibility is overall management in electronics business.
