APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE GROUP

The Board of Directors of RH Petrogas Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following:-

(a) Dr Tan Jee-Theng Tony has been appointed as Executive Director of the Company and Chief Executive Officer of the Group with effect from 17 June 2010.

(b) Upon the above appointment, Dr Tan is responsible for overall management of the Company and the Group, except electronics business.
