(A) CHANGE OF NAME OF A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY AND (B) TRANSFER OF INTEREST IN A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY

The Board of Directors of RH Petrogas Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following matters:

1. Orchard Energy Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has changed its name to RH Petrogas Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("RHP Singapore").

2. The Company's entire interest in RHP Singapore has been transferred to RH Petrogas Investments Pte. Ltd. ("RHP Investments"). Following the transfer of the said interest, RHP Singapore has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of RHP Investments and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

The transfer of interest in RHP Singapore (the "Transaction") is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year.

Save as disclosed above, none of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the aforesaid Transaction.
