| Description | Further to the announcement dated 19 August 2010, the Board of Directors of RH Petrogas Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has completed the disposal of its entire interest in its subsidiary, Tri-M Technologies International Pte Ltd (formerly known TRIM Technologies International Pte Ltd) ("TRIM"), pursuant to the terms and conditions set out in the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 19 August 2010.
