RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE ELECTRONICS DIVISION

The Board of Directors of RH Petrogas Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Foo Sac Phoon has resigned as an Executive Director of the Company and Chief Executive Officer of the Electronics Division of the Group with effect from 22 October 2010.

The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation to Mr Foo for his past contribution and services to the Company.
