REMOVAL FROM THE WATCH-LIST

Further to the RH Petrogas Limited (the "Company") announcement (SGXNET Announcement No. 74) on 8 April 2011, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has under its letter dated 2 June 2011 approved the Company's application seeking a removal from the Watch-List.

In view of the same, the Company will be removed from the Watch-List with effect from Friday, 3 June 2011.
