VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT - INDEPENDENT RESOURCE EVALUATION

The Board of Directors of RH Petrogas Limited (the "Company") wishes to release the attached Independent Resource Evaluation of the Kepala Burung Production Sharing Contract ("Basin PSC") and Salawati Kepala Burung Production Sharing Contract ("Island PSC") in West Papua, Indonesia, as of 1 January 2012, prepared by RPS Energy Consultants Limited for the Company.
