2. Increase in total issued shares of RH Petrogas Limited from 455,821,443 shares to 614,277,400 shares arising from:

(a) issue of 1,000,000 shares pursuant to the RHP Performance Share Plan. Please refer to RH Petrogas Limited's announcement dated 22 July 2011.

(b) issue of 157,455,957 debt conversion shares. Please refer to RH Petrogas Limited's announcement dated 13 August 2012.
